I have sold quite a few new construction homes over the years and both the agent representing the builder and the builder were amazing to deal with. There were some minor issues that came up during the home inspection process but they gladly resolved them to ensure the buyer was happy with his home. I wish all companies would operate this way. I hope to deal with you guys again

We love our home, but it took a year to get our punch list done. Same with the warranty work. They hired Warranty company after we bought our home, but wasnt grandfathered in, so our home has to wait on the builder! Getting in touch with anyone from this builder is near impossible! Do not use this builder!!! Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office State of Florida. They are investigating

This builder does not fix warranty issues, you can’t reach them or they never return calls. Subcontractors is low quality and doesn’t back up their work. Our 2 neighbors bought from them to and have the same problems.

We bought our home last October and have had one disappointment after another. The workmanship this company provides is of the lowest quality. Their customer service is non existent as they hide behind a warranty company that doesn’t cover very much. I have found the office staff to be condescending and of no help on most occasions. Our house must have gotten all the left overs from other jobs as the hardware in my bathrooms and kitchen didn’t even match. My garage door opener started falling out of the ceiling. My dishwasher had to be replaced from the very start. We had broken electrical wire to our water heater (which they did repair and replaced dishwasher) but you have to wonder who was testing this stuff to begin with. Sadly a child could have done a better job painting than their company. We cleaned paint and stains off our floor and hardware for weeks. Our garage door interior garage door is cracked all the way down the edge that latches. These are just some of the things we have dealt with. All I can say is BEWARE if you are thinking of buying a Zephyr home

We bought our Zephyr home about 6 months ago and every week we come across more poor quality craftsmanship. The work of the subcontractors is absolutely of the lowest quality. There are so many things done poorly I couldnt begin to list them all but will say if you want to buy a home from Zephyr go over every inch of it carefully before purchasing. And be prepared to do lots of work on your own if you want it done right. Maybe you have better luck if you actually build it with them but we bought a spec house and they must have just used left over products from different jobs to finish it.
