Dr. Win is wonderful but her staff is lacking in many areas. I was scheduled for a stress test this morning (6/22/23) at 8am
It took a month to get on the schedule and I had to let My job know ahead of time. When I arrived I signed in an was sent back to wait for the procedure to begin the s young lady by the name of Tabitha came out to tell that the tech was not there and I would have to reschedule.. she was very stoic an had no compassion for me. I went through a lot to make this appointment and I told her I could lose my job because I don't have the luxury of just taking oi, again she had no expression and appeared to care less. I'm very upset because just knowing I really need this test is stressing me out. I very disappointed in the the service or should I say lack of service I received
