Luchian and his entire team that we had the pleasure of working with handled our home search with grace, poise, patience, tact, efficiency and professionalism (not easy to do as we consider ourselves to be very tough customers)! Luke was hands on the entire process, to the point of even helping us by doing repairs. He showed extreme patience as we rejected several offers. Ultimately, we received over $50,000 more than the original offer which the buyer came up with initially. I will always recommend Luke, and I will never use another realtor. He is the best.
