        Great location. Pretty pool. Outdoor activities for family. Units large and roomy. Furniture dated and very worn. Mold / mildew in shower. Location on beach was biggest plus. Had smoker in unit below us for full stay. Could not use patio in afternoon/evening. Asked them if the could go site at picnic table, was politely told No its a free world. As they have ash tray on patio folks think they have all the rights in the world. If you stay you want a third floor room, closest to the beach, else you might get good view of office / reception building dirty roof.

      Thank you for the review! We do have a great location and take pride in our clean pool and large rooms. Our rules and regulations do allow for smoking on balconies, just not inside the units. Maybe a smoking area is something that could be considered in the future.
