Over the years I have bought numerous houses in various towns. All the realtors that I have worked with have been very nice but still the relationship was very business, and lacked any personal touch to the entire experience. I started working with Austin Garner and was blown away by how attentive he was with what I was looking for and the time that he personally set aside to find me exactly what I needed. I purchased a home while I still lived out of town. When I was able to get to Palm Bay, Austin made sure that he set up as many showings as possible for the limited time I would be in Palm Bay. He took the time to go through the houses and answer any questions I had. When I decided to purchase Austin made sure to check on the progress of the purchase and keep me in the loop on every step. Austin has gone way above what a normal realtor would do for buyers. From the beginning Austin quickly sent us houses that he thought would be ideal for my husband and I. Shortly after we found the house we fell in love with. Austin was quick to move forward making sure we would seal the deal. We had some issues with contractors along the way but Austin made sure he was on top of their work and that the work was getting done so that we could move in as soon as possible. Austin also extended his generosity to my husband and I when the sellers fell through on our closing date to make sure we had somewhere to stay and that we had everything we needed. As a first time home buyer this process was stressful and we did not know what to expect, but with Austin as our realtor he made sure to break down each step of the process to us so we were always kept in the loop. I would highly recommend Austin if you are a first time buyer or seller, he will go to great lengths to make sure you are happy and satisfied! Thanks again Austin!
