I am so very happy with Home Lending Source! Eddie and Rachell are the best. The process went smooth, end to end, and I had all the help I needed. They also plan to work with me for a refi when interest rates are more favorable. Really great people!

Suppose to close today and less than 24 hours before closing you tell us you wont approve the mortgage for the person purchasing my home! Morally and ethically wrong on so many levels. How can you even do this to a fellow human.

Eddie Rutledge and his staff are top notch! We were referred to him by our realtor for the loan preapproval process. It was fast and simple and stress free. Eddie answered all of our questions, as silly as they may have seemed, and ALWAYS did it with patience, encouragement and kindness. He goes above and beyond. I'd like to mention Rachell Ferraer, our loan processor as well. She was amazing, keeping everything moving along and answering endless questions. This is customer service at its best. In the end, we used them for our mortgage and Rachell helped us find insurers as well. A great experience and we hope to work with them again when interest rates fall and it's time to refinance (fingers crossed).

Eddie and Tommy are great to work with they go the extra mile which can make or break a real estate deal. I went through 2 other lenders who kept pulling my credit and lowered my score drastically, they worked with me and helped me to raise my score so I can get a conventional loan instead of a FHA. I wouldn't use anyone else .
