        Ground Tec has placed numerous planting throughout Tortoise Island and has been paid at least $20,000. They do not place a weed barrier. They place a minimal amount of mulch. The weeds overtake these areas throughout the Island. Ground Tec has been repeatedly notified that they are ignoring the overgrowth of weeds throughout the Island ( except for the entranceway). Completely unreliable. Tortoise Island should release them of their contract if they do not take responsibility for the grounds. Attached are images of one of many areas throughout the Island.
