Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat

Was given an estimate for an AC system replacement and they were literally double what the next guy was charging for essentially the same thing. I wouldve given them a chance but not for double the price.

We continue to have the best experience with this company! They did a complete new system last year, including new ductwork in an old home that could never stay cool. It was worth it! Cody just did our annual service and I cant say enough good things about his professionalism and thoroughness.

They always provide great service. Phillip came out recently to service our system and he was great and made sure to explain everything to me! Definitely recommend!

Glenn at Ellington air was friendly and informative. I had my 6 month check in on my unit and everything is running smoothly.

Ellington was highly recommended by my neighbors in Satellite Beach and they are big fans of their monthly fee "no worries" program. I am leaving a review on the Satellite Beach page because there were only 55 reviews and the last review was left 3 years ago(!), which resulted in me not calling them originally for a quote (until my neighbors recommended them). So don't be deterred by the low number of reviews and age of them on this business account. Ellington directs most folks to their Rockledge location account to leave reviews. So, if you are Beachside and would like to read the recent Ellington reviews, google their Rockledge location. We had Ellington come out for a quote (thank you Ryan!), and I could tell that they are a top tier company. It's apparent they are thoughtful about their business strategy and invest a lot of money in their branding, technology, vehicles/equipment, sales and customer service team, training, etc. and give their customers A+ service. All of that comes at a cost, so unfortunately the price was a little too rich for our blood, but we have much respect for Ellington and will consider them again in the future. I know there are many people that would rather pay the extra money for the better quality and service levels. I compare it to Toyota vs BMW. They are both good choices, but one comes with more bells and whistles and catered customer service. I am a Toyota girl myself, but I know a lot of people that drive and love their Beemers! It's worth calling them for a quote to see for yourself.
