        Amazing place , love the Breath work and the different meidations you do with breath and The ice baths ....Wow how invigrating so amazing , i had pain from playing pickaball and it is gone after 2 sessions of ice baths , Love Love Love Thak you Brock

        Ligaya was absolutely fantastic! My hair looks beautiful and feels great. She literally delivered what I wanted and more, and as a soon to be first time Mom I am so happy my hair looks great and is easy to manage! A million thanks Ligaya for an amazing job!!! The facility is also clean and very welcoming as well, I would highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone! Services: Hairstyling, Haircut

We set out to create one of the world’s first breathwork and cold plunge studios to help people have less stress and more smiles.
