There are so many things I can say in compliment of her expertise. I had met with other physicians in an effort to improve my overall health and diet. Dr Pallagar worked with me for my weight loss journey starting in May. I was frustrated and feeling discouraged when I called her. I am a healthy eater and work out regularly and had a very hard time understanding why I was not losing any weight. She coached me on changing my diet and as much as I thought I was doing a great job her education dramatically changed my weight loss journey. Ive now lost 20lbs and I am not trying hard at all. This is an overhaul of my eating for the best and something I can easily sustain forever! Im extremely grateful for the education and coaching Dr Pallegar gave me and I highly recommend her services!

I have been a patient of Dr Pallegars since June 2023. After over 8 years of following other doctors instructions and enduring their trial-and-error guessing games with my health without seeing any improvement, I had given up. I felt defeated and hopeless, but worse than that, I had lost all trust and confidence in the medical field as a whole. Then, Dr Sneha was recommended to me. During our very first phone call, I was immediately so impressed with her incomparable compassion, enthusiasm, and eagerness to help. She actually got me excited about trying a new doctor one last time, and I am so glad I did! She has been the sweetest, most patient, understanding, kind, and attentive doctor I have ever had. It was evident from our first appointment that she genuinely CARES about her patients health and wellbeing.
