        Dont order from their website. I placed an order for the supplement that I use to manage my chronic illness, as it was indicated as in stock. It never shipped, and when I called to ask why, they told me that it was out of stock until 2024. I was never notified. They told me that they cancelled my order and that Id be refunded within 2 days. 4 days later, when I still hadnt received a refund, I called back, and the person I talked to (different person) said that the order never actually got cancelled. Completely frustrating experience. Please order your important health products from somewhere trustworthy.

We received your cancellation confirmation on Thursday and processed it today on Monday (2 business days). I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectation but our policy is in place for a reason and I hope you can understand.
