Boarded my senior dog (16yo) here for the weekend and so happy I found this place. They contacted me while he was there with some concerns, did some bloodwork and put him on some medications and a new food. When I picked him up he was a completely new dog! He is now moving around better and not having accidents in the house. I have decided to switch vets because I found them to be very thorough and he really likes this place. Hes not shaking and I dont have to pick him up or drag him in, hes comfortable here. Everyone there took very great care of him, I thank you and Red thanks you!

I would not trust and appreciate any other vet clinic in the world! Dr Laurie has a compassion for animals like no other. I have adopted 3 pets from her and will always appreciate the love she has for them!

Love this place! I have a rottweiler that's very hard to handle with vets- he turns into a beast. When I called to make a appointment one of the first things I said was if you cant treat him its okay I know how bad he can be. Immediately I was told Dr. Walmsley would do everything in her power to be able to take care him AND SHE DID!!! Very very very accommodating towards him and she even went over some tips and tricks I could do to slowly integrate him easily as to have him calmer during his visits. ALSO love that they do estimates very helpful with bloodwork being talked about so I could get a good idea of prices before we had anything done. THANK YOU DR. WALMSLEY!!!

Dr. Laurie is fantastic at what she does. My first visit she figured out what was bothering my dog when my previous vet couldnt figure it out for years.

I cannot say that Dr. Laurie was a good vet for my two dogs. After many years of bringing my older dog there, I realized every time I left it was with expensive food and medications for a dog that had no medical problems or food allergies. And with my new dog, who again had no health issues, from the start the dr had her on expensive food and antibiotics and probiotics which was making the dog more sick. When I informed the vet I would not be feeding the dog the food and meds that she had prescribed, she accused me of making the dog sick. Dental cleanings that were traumatic for an older dog, and constant high vet bills made me realize maybe it wasnt the dogs that were the issue, but the vet. The staff is great otherwise, but I feel Dr. Lauries quality has become a mission to make more money regardless if it makes the quality of life better or worse for a dog. I felt very disrespected by her and could not get away from there fast enough. With my new vet, I have had no issues with my dogs and have never needed to use special food or medications for either of them since. So it was not the dogs that had health issues, I believe it was a vet that was creating issues to make more money. Just beware and use your gut instincts if you feel something is off or your questioning her treatment recommendations.
