iTrip Vacations Siesta Key (Sarasota-Venice)

Awful management company. Rented last year with no issues, decided to rent again this year thru them. Booked Casarina Condo in Siesta Key, got airplane tickets for the family and made work arrangements, Anh G reached out three days after the booking and said the price went up all of the sudden by $2900, she offered me to either pay more or she will cancel our condo reservations. We decided to cancel and lost our airfare money. It a shame companies like this exist. UPDATE: response to the owners question where is my good review? My good review was posted under the condo itself on VRBO last year after our vacation. PAY MORE ATTENTION and so called "mistakes" won't happen.

I have enjoyed my stay very much. The home is very clean, well stocked and well cared for. I lack nothing! The location is close to the beach, restaurants and all shopping. I had a few minor issues with the hot tub not heating, replaced batteries and when I unplugged the TV I was unable to plug it back in, I guess I have gotten weaker!. I called for support and Gerardo, the maintenance personnel, arrived ASAP and solved my issues immediately. He is respectful, kind, loved on my dogs, and very resourceful with a wide knowledge base in all things not working!

We had a couple of maintenance issues with our rental at checkin. Gerardo came right over and resolved the issues in a matter of minutes. He was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Gerardo.

I cannot say enough about Gerardo. Hes so polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done. Im so happy hes on the ITRIP team. From programming the tvs to putting together the stand. Hes awesome!

We own a condo on Siesta Key and this company has managed it for almost 3 years. They have exceeded their projections every year and manage so well they make it easy for us.
