I went there,,,, I told them to put the 4 tires on my car,,, plus the alignment,,, and it was somewhat fast,,,,, I didn't expect that,, I am satisfied with their work

Fantastic, quick service. We are from Ohio and had a flat on I-75. We put our spare on and called Goodyear to see how long we would have to wait. Their tremendous team had us on the road, back to Ohio within a hour. They are first class business!

These guys here are amazing! Brought my flat tire in worried about how I could get it fixed and they brought it back right away and helped me out less than 10 minutes !!! Shout out to Tim and his team !!

Update 05APR24: just got back from picking my Tacoma up from Goodyear. And had a great experience. Didnt get the tire rotation this time, but that was due to them calling me and letting me know I should wait and informing me as to why. Also, they were running a coupon I wasnt aware of and gave me the discount. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Thanks guys. ********** Normally do my own oil and tire rotation but was on a crunch for time so I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I got back to pick it up I asked if my tires had been rotated, but was told that they didnt need it, even though I had specifically requested it. I was quite angry at the moment, and likely wont use them again. But I will say that they got around to rotating my tires fairly quickly and they knocked $10 off my bills for the inconvenience. I was pleased that they did what they could to make it right, but upset that what I had asked for in the first place wasnt done. But as the saying goes, if you want it done right you should have done it yourself in the first place.
