Well I had my taxes done been trying to call them and here I am two weeks later AFTER getting my tax return and Im still waiting on the $20 Im suppose to get for referring a friend. I did my taxes on the 7th was told my American Express card with $20 referral gift would arrive in 10days in two days it will be a month and Im still yet to receive anything and yet to get a call back when Ive been calling for over a week. I can never get anyone to actually answer my call. My next step is just forget about that $20 and just take my a my referred friend else where next time and make sure no of my other family members go thru this hassle, I cant even get a simple answer or call back I mean what kind of service is this?? Am told one thing at the office so they can get my business but then she never even added my referral and here I am hounding them down over my $20 gift card I was suppose to get!? This is quite ridiculous as Im typing this I believe Ive just made my choice. Thats all just wanted to share my experience since I was clearly told one thing and NOTHING!!!!! Not at all happy that I cant even get a call back none the less not get what I was promised!!!
