Awful customer service never returns calls after leaving message after message. always told with a customer. Michael never does as he states, never returns phones calls, has information on desk and does not look past page one. I called numerous times and had t hear and excuse that happened 2 weeks ago. I now have to take the penalty for his bad business. Along with not receiving a call in 2 days like he stated. I will also be reporting to BBB since highest end customers are more important and stuff gets pushed aside if you're not a high-end customer.

AWFUL i owe 1900.00 in late fees to the IRS The guy who handles my business taxes lost my information. He also has flip phone was does that tell you.AVOID

I've been with these folks for years. They always get me way more money than I expect. And always on top of things. I am a bit biased, lol, so take this review with a grain of salt

I discovered west coast accounting after my accountant was bought by another income tax conglomerate and they became unresponsive. These folks are so down to earth, so quick, and great at what they do. Did I mention they saved me 50% on my last accountant and got me a larger refund even with the advance child tax credit?

Update: this is the second time I am doing my taxes with West Coast Accounting. I am a new small business owner and they helped me tremendously to figure out how to do this right. Thank you Michael and the team, you have been great! Very trustworthy and knowledgeable group of people.
