Highly recommend the H&R Block location on Tamiami Trail. The tax preparer Christine was knowledgeable, informative and genuinely cared. Took the time to answer all of my questions and made the process seem less. I highly recommend H&R Block.

I am still waiting for the Manager or Kerry to contact me regarding my mothers taxes. There is a huge discrepancy ($30,000) in her taxes that she does not owe to the IRS. Kerry was sent all of the information he needs to correct his mistake and has not responded to her messages or mine for over a week. Kerry needs to amend the tax payment and resubmit or she needs to be completely refunded and we will go to an Accountant who is competent to properly submit her taxes. Please have the Manager contact me.

Kerry corrected his huge error, and indeed my mother is getting money back- and does not owe almost $30k! Kerry told my mother that she owed an additional $200 for him to correct his own mistake. He told her everyone makes mistakes.
So let me understand that YOUR mistake, Kerry, is costing my mother money. Not only costing her money but you have no idea what stress you have put on a woman who recently lost her husband of 54 years and also has Parkinsons. Shame on you! I will be picking up her taxes, since she is currently in the hospital and I will not be paying. Please pass this onto the Manager, Tim White.

Currently at HR Block trying to get ahold of Tim. The office staff is arguing with me. We are not paying an additional $204 for Kerrys mistake. In fact, per your guarantee my mom should be getting a refund not paying extra. Im here with my 1 year old. We will sit here all day until this is fixed and made right.
