I have no idea why all these reviews are good. DO NOT GO HERE, IF YOU HAVE KIDS! They are not knowledgeable on child tax credit. They really tried to tell us that it was not possible to claim more than 3 kids, when we have never, ever had a problem claiming our 4 kids. They tried to say it can't happen, when our previous tax return, from another company, in their hands, as proof, that you can. Smh They wanted to talk their way into screwing us out of a whole child, because they could not figure out how. Save your time & put your money into someone who can give you your full return, that you worked hard for.
