Kodiak Steel Buildings

Kodiak Steel Buildings uses the bait and switch tactic to lure customers with their initial pricing. After providing specific details of a 40x60 building design to include a photo of the layout, I received a quote. After several emails, most of which were confirming the same information as the initial request, we agreed on the price. Their sales rep (Kelly) who I had been working with the entire time, sent a confirmation of the location of the doors, which had not changed from my initial request and building design. This was the third time the price increased based on "the quote system not acting right", inputting the incorrect height, or using a "budget estimate quote" in the beginning. I was told by several contractors if I used Kodiak Steel Buildings to expect an increase from the agreed upon price once the contract was produced, I just wasn't expecting a 17.33% jump from the agreed price. Your dishonest business practices will catch up with you. Hopefully sooner than later!

They suck!  They post fake addresses all over America so that people think that Kodiak is a local business, but they are located in east jesus nowhere.  They don't even have a secretary.  YOu dial their number which is then transferred to an automated answering service that just takes a message.  Then a real idiot calls trying to pretend he's local, but when you confront him with the truth, he says that it's a mailing address.  Then I ask, "What days do you come pick up the mail?"  And the mo7her fu@ker just laughs.  Con men trying so appear like big shots, like a national retailer.
