Our patio roof was starting to show signs of a minor leak, and Lawton from Sun Coast Roofs was able to quickly perform an evaluation. He was able to explain exactly what the problem was, made several recommendations for how to approach the problem, and even offered to provide referrals. The proposed price was totally reasonable, and Lawton and his team were super efficient, professional, and (best of all) timely. Sun Coast Roofs has added years to the lifespan of our roof, and we couldn't be happier to support a local small business.
