UPDATE: 2.29 Roof was leaking. They sent out someone to inspect and verified leaking due to workmanship and advised they would cover it. I did not get notified when they would be out to repair until I reached out it but they did end up coming out and fixing it all. They made the process of replacing my roof due to wind damage easy and helped work with the insurance company. The communication was good and the roof and gutters look great. The dumpster left left rust stains on the driveway and roof tar got on the driveway as well which required me to try to remove and it still is not perfect. The garage door also has staining on it now from when the dumpster was placed too close to the garage and stuff touched the garage door. I am happy overall but wish the installers took more care so that these cleanup issues did not happen.

Theyre scammers! They took $18k from me in May 2023 and never came back to replace my roof. Every time I called, they gave me a 6 week start and its been like this a year now

Bribery. Incompetence. Rudeness. The three words that Dynasty should be known for. It's hard for me to articulate how terrible an experience I've had. But I'll try. Last year after Hurricane Ian we needed some repairs done to our house. Two different projects; one was to fix a veranda ceiling and the other to replace the roof. The veranda project was supposed to take "a few days". Ended up being one month. I was told "it's not a big deal" and "They'll understand" when I mentioned that we started the project when we did to specifically have it done BEFORE our renters showed up. I then mentioned that I would now have to pay extra money for my travel health insurance since I'll have to stay a few weeks longer to oversee the repairs. The employee then tried to bribe me by saying "if I can reimburse you for that cost can you give us a 5 star google review". I'm sorry, what? How about the second project - the roof. We got a few estimates. Dynasty gave us theirs. We agreed to go with them. Then - surprise! - out of nowhere the price doubled. What? How? "It's okay, we'll get it from insurance for you" was their line. The initial estimate "was garbage". I'm sorry, what? Then after the roof was completed the extra supplies sat out on the grass for 7(!) months. No one came to pick it up. No one seemed to care. If we hadn't told them I'm sure they'd still be sitting there. I realize I'm in Florida but I didn't expect everything to be Mickey Mouse related. The employees are clearly trained a certain way to get the customers on board to do work but once that agreement is in place they completely disappear. Emails, texts, voicemails all went unanswered on a continual basis. All in all I thought I was signing up to get a high end luxury car when instead all I ended up with was a scooter. The jobs got done. But getting from point A (we sign up) to point B (job is completed) was an awful and loathsome experience. Professionalism. Integrity. Honesty. Three words you'll never hear me utter in the same sentence with this company. If you're reading this don't waste your time. Onto the next...
