Julie listed our home and came prepared with comparable sales and was knowledgeable about the listing process. She was flexible with marketing, photography and accessed a network of realtors along with the MLS. She responded right away either by text or by phone when we had questions. After we had an offer, she kept track of deadlines and followed up in order to keep the process move smoothly. Julie scores well on being diligent and detail oriented! This was our best experience with a realtor where at the end of the transaction (we have sold 4 other properties) I would not hesitate to work with her again or to recommend her to others.

Julie is an awesome realtor. She makes the process so less stressful than other realtors Ive worked with when selling a home. She was available to answer all my questions. All 10,000 of them. She offered her professional opinion and guidance while still giving me plenty of room to decide what was best for me. We are now on the hunt for my next home.
