Because of their amazing reviews on Google, we decided to have Steve and Katrina be our Sarasota County REALTORS to help us find a home near our daughter and friends. They did not disappoint. Steve started off showing us homes via Facetime. Once we saw something that appeared to be a great fit for us, we quickly made plans to fly down to see it in person for a 3 day weekend, which happened to be on a national holiday. Steve actually showed us 25 homes in those 3 days. After the 1st day, he learned much more about our likes and dislikes. Each day he was able to narrow down the choices to what would best meet our desires and our needs. That took a lot of work, expertise and knowledge on his part. Instead of only showing us homes that we asked to see, he asked questions and listened intently to us. He used this information to introduce us to the absolute best neighborhood for our specific needs. We then had to get back on a plane to fly home while Steve was putting the offer together on our behalf. Steve and Katrina helped through all of the negotiating and online signing of contract documents. They were, and still are, extremely available and caring. They gave intelligent advice on all questions that arose. As I mentioned previously, we originally called Steve Martin Homes Group because of their many 5 star reviews on Google. My wife and I hope that our review will help others to make the same great choice.
