We came to Karie looking to buy a home quickly. We were in a rental and had 5 weeks to find a home, we needed a quick escrow. Karie is the best agent Ive worked with. Karie is a 4R professional (respectful, responsible, responsive and reliable) My family made a big move to Sarasota from Boston. We had few real estate agents before working with Karie. Her service was flawless, she found us the perfect house and negotiated the purchase price that was "way" below the market.
