After vacationing in Florida with our family for over 25 years, my wife and I decided it was time to buy as we approached full retirement. We had watched Lisa's YouTube videos for several months and determined SNE was the right agency for us. We contacted Adrian Mociran during our 2023 winter getaway and visited several communities in Sarasota with him that he thought might be of interest to us. While back in Michigan at the end of March, we made an offer on a yet-to-be constructed home in a new community he introduced us to. We never traveled back to see the construction progress until it was time to close a year later. Adrian kept us informed and regularly sent videos as the house was constructed, and acted as our liaison with the builder. Remotely purchasing a home was a new (aka scary) experience for us, but Adrian confidently lead us through every stage of the process from finding the right home to attending the closing, not to mention sharing his personal favorite places to dine, shop, and experience in the area.
