It is always difficult making decisions when one sells one's home. Most times finding a realtor can be stressful. I mean, you are going to have to trust someone who is likely a total stranger. And you are going to have to trust his and his team's advice on your eam." Like most sellers, we had a few minor "bumps" in the roadmost valuable asset. Having written that, I cannot say enough positive things about Mark Midyett's "t to closing. However, Mark's team was always able to smooth the bumps out. Most people have limited experience/knowledge selling their homes. That would be a good description for my wife and me. I freely give Mark my highest recommendation.
