The Zachos team are truly incredible especially David and Ryan. I would recommend them to anyone buying in the Sarasota or Venice area. They know the place really well and are spot on with their advice and recommendations. We have both bought and called them back to sell the house because they were so great. Weve since relocated to another state, but were wishing we could call them now. They truly treat every transaction like its their own property transaction and have the buyer/sellers best interest in mind always.

Ive worked with 10 realtors in my 62 years and Ive bought and sold 15 houses. Ive never had such a laid back, patient realtor as David Zachos. It took over a year to find our current home and Dave was exceptional through the entire drawn out search. Id wake up,every day and find my daily list of new houses to look at that Dave sent at 615am. He was spot on in his value determination, and I always felt Dave was looking out for my money. He was candid in the pros and cons of each property and had the institutional knowledge of being a seasoned realtor. His knowledge was crucial when we got into intense negotiations on our current property, and I couldnt have done it without him.
