I was so glad to find Bruce Ginsberg of ReMax as a realtor for my condo sale.
Bruce is an agent that gets it done! Regardless of the hurdles. Bruce was outstanding every step of the way!
We had a P&S agreement in 10 days after listing,
As I departed Florida; in my absence, Bruce took over. Did such things as moving the entire furniture out, was present for the inspection, and found someone to preform the necessary cleaning. He is totally focused on his duties.
Always available by telephone anytime of the day or night. Even when the closing company seemed to dragged their feet, he reminded and pressed them to stay on the closing date.
