I had an excellent experience with The Ascendia Group. Everyone there, in particular Lauren and Tristen who I dealt with, were professional, delightful and made our rental experience better. They were on top of any questions I had and made accommodations for me since I was arriving late. I will definitely work with them again.

Paradise for sure, so close to shopping and the beach. You dont need a car for this quaint town. This place is absolutely beautiful, very beach vibe. 345 Avenida Leona

Its been one year renting with different real estate companies. House was getting renovated and ready to go on market. By far Ascendia, Lauren & Keith, the best !!! Reliable, professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the persons needs and offered me various options for rental properties at different budgets, different locations, and even a discount. Lauren is extremely sincere, thoughtful, very kind hearted, caring, and willing to take the extra time, step, effort to work with the client till they find what they want, to ensure customer satisfaction. Other companies / property management had just sent me their rates and it seemed everyone was just doing their job. First and foremost and most importantly, I am so gratefully thankful for Lauren and all her help finding me the most suitable place, same day upon contact.
