I had a great experience with a water softener selection and service! I worked with Reid and he had great communication pre-sale and post. I had a small issue with the unit after first regen cycle and Reid dropped shipped a complete replacement without asking. New part solved the issue and while I wasn't thrilled that the unit wasn't perfect out of the box, the replacement was so easy and shows Aquatell stands behind the sale. We worked on settings and sizing together. The units were exactly as described and water hardness is less than 1! Really trustworthy and will order from them again!

Thank goodness for this great company and their willingness to share exactly how to size a water softener. The amount of information made the process a lot easier to include exactly how to program the Fleck 5600SXT to maximize efficiency and reduce salt consumption. Highly recommend.

Hello to you! This is a review based off my experience so far with Aquatell, Reid and staff. After getting a water test I started looking around for an online company to help me. Aquatell, Specifically Reid, was the only place that I found to take my water test and actually compute what would work. I was able to talk to him on the phone and ask questions about his system suggestion. Later, I used email for certain questions. He was right, its easy to fill your own tank and program the controller. I actually enjoyed it for some reason. After getting the system online with no problems it functions perfect. My old water would stain the shower in 2 or 3 days, its been 11 and its still bright white. Very Very happy about the Iron/river water smell being gone. Thankyou Almighty Good Father! And I dont know how he got it to my door for the price! I want to buy another to have on hand. The equipment is modern heavy duty: Clack 14x64 3.0cu ft, Fleck 5810sxt, small brine tank and SST-60 resin. Only time will tell how long it will last, but for the price and service I am very pleased. Awesome find for me. Thankyou Reid! I hope you continue to do well!
