Marcy is an incredibly charming person and a great massage therapist. I have been having stiff shoulder muscles and I feel much better now. Her new place on University is easy to get to and well decorated!

I have had great experience with both of the owners of this small business. Anthony August has been my personal trainer for almost two years. In that time he has helped me transform my body. I lost weight, built muscle, and I am now in the best shape of my life. I went from a size 10/12 to a size 2. Though my fitness journey he has been supportive and helped me see that I can do it. I had to put in the work - but he guided me through. I have had one massage from Marcy. I was in really bad shape and she found time for me and did a great job.
