First of all I want to start out by saying these guys are an example of dishonest auto shops that try to squeeze out more money from the customer Just to increase their profit intake. This is the second time I've went in for an oil change and two months ago I took my 2020 Nissan Altima in for an synthetic oil change with me providing my own oil and they told me that that is okay but they have to provide the filter themselves, everything was all good with the service and the price that he charged me was about $40. The second time I went to get an oil change ,which was today It was the same associate from the first time I went (The old man with the northern accent) he was there to assist me for the same exact service that I had done about 2 months ago and apparently the cost went up to $51 and he even told me the first time around that he can do the oil change with me providing my own oil for the same price that I paid the first time around. After informing me of the total cost of the oil change with my own oil, I decided to just go on with having it done even though I've been lied to since I was already there and I needed an oil change promptly since I was overdue and did not want to call around to another shop. About 45 minutes after they took my car into the garage I was then informed about one of my rear tires needing to be replaced because it was showing the steel belt on the inside of the tire and proceeded to show me a picture on the computer of supposedly what was my tire showing the steel belt, I took their word for it so that I could get out of there without having to be hassled about anything. I was skeptical of this observation that they were pointing out to me and had to confirm this for myself to call their bluff and when I left the shop I parked my car and I looked at both my rear tires and did not see any type of steel belt showing anywhere around my tires! now these tires are brand new and don't even have 50k miles on it and it has a tread rating of at least 60k. After checking the tread of my tires, I then confirmed that these guys are a bunch of scumbags that are just trying to make more money out of a single service by misleading you to thinking that your tire needs to be replaced a.s.a.p. because of severe tread wear and that way they can try to sell you on a "Special" for a set of four new tires. I will NOT recommend anyone to this shop because professionalism and honesty are two things that they are lacking and on top of that it took them almost an hour to do a standard synthetic oil change with an appointment set up for the service.
