(Cross posted on Yelp as well. I hate these things because Google is going to punish me with metrics and spam for years - but its the only way for me to truly thank the LoCastro Team and help YOU find a good mortgage/bank) Since 1992 I have bought now 3 houses. Refinanced a few times as well. Used everyone from GMAC, Rocket, GMAC and CountryWide and a few I can't remember or have gone out of business. Rocket has the toys, the digital communications, the cool bound documents portfolios and all the marketing glitz. BUT it tuns out some nice hidden margins, fees and costs!!!! Went another route this time with the personal and classic touch with Jill and the LoCastro team. Full zone defense taking care of every step. Yes a LOT of annoying text, emails, packages, e-sign tasks, workbooks etc etc. But ultimately this same process and required forms as everybody else!!!! This was the most friendly, confident, personal touch mortgage close I have been through in my 32 years of home ownership and 64 years of life. AND because of the mortgage rate debacle and fluctuations we already have a game plan and cost avoidance for the likely (and hopeful) refinance in a year or so!!! ~ Thomas ~
