Unfortunately, the people at the front desk werent so friendly and the club lost three new memberships. Myself and two pickleball-playing friends wanted a quick tour and Julie said we cant have you wandering around the club. This is a private club, and you have to wait. I was taken aback by her tone, but we were excited to see the place, so we all looked at each other, but didnt want to cause a stir. There was one person checking in who was ahead of us. He looked like he was playing so I assumed he was a member. His interaction with Julie took less than a minute. After waiting five or so minutes, watching Julie and her colleague ignore us while interacting and looking at a computer screen, the other employee, a younger woman, approached us with iPads to fill out all kinds of info (email, phone number etc.) like were new patients at the doctors office. No thank you. I'm assuming you are not so busy that you're turning away new customers. Nice club that needs amicable, more accommodating people with some basic customer service skills to greet prospective members. A friend that is a member said he went on a tour, and the woman was a blonde-haired woman that was very friendly, smiled and walked him around with no pestering for emails and cell phone numbers. Do better.
