David was absolutely wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new home. Relocating from coast to coast comes with challenges. We closed on our new house today with Davids help. We changed our minds so many times and David was always understanding and willing to show us what ever house we wanted to see. After losing out on 4 or 5 homes because of ridiculous bids over ours we found a house and offered less than asking price and got it! That just doesnt happen now days. (And it appraised for more than we offered. Even better!). David was very helpful throughout the entire home shopping experience. Thank you David for your help and helping us find our next HOME!
