Kim and her team took ownership of the selling process, made a bit complicated as I was not on Longboat during the entire time. For a variety of reasons there were a multiplicity of details and logistics required and they worked through every one of them on my behalf. A true pleasure working with them. A flawless experience with sincerely nice people.

Kim recently sold our canal-front home in Sarasota. From day 1, she was intensely interested in the unique details of our home, & effectively communicated to prospective buyers. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, available, & an absolute pleasure to work with. If we could give 10 stars, we would! We recently used Kim as our realtor and I have to say she and her team did an awesome job. I would say we were extra needy because we were out of state for part of the process and she stepped right into the void and helped out in any way she could to get things done. Really a complete pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough!
