Wow..... where do I start? She has the patience of a saint. We started working with Halie back in April. Of course we met playing pickleball. We told her about a bad experience with another agent we had when we flew to Florida to look for a house. She said I have just the place for you in Lake House Cove. We said ok and met her there 2 hours later after pickleball! My wife and I fell in love with the development and the models. Halie helped us through the process of trying to buy one of the lottery homes they had. After 3 months of trying, another trip to Florida again and looking at larger models, we did it! Halie was very trustworthy as the 2 lotteries happened while we were out of the country. We decided to buy the Haylard model. My wife hadn't bought a house in over 30 years. Halie walked her through her questions on the 200+ pages of contracts! Halie was a super star. I would beyond highly recommend Halie to take care of all your real estate needs. The interesting thing is that we just signed and now Halie will help us through buying and closing. We do live 1200 miles from our new house and have been told by Halie she will help with all our walk throughs. She even offered to go to the design center for us!
