        I called to ask for help to transfer my old Apple phone information to my new Apple phone. The T-mobile associate asked if the phone was purchased from this location and when I told him it was not he refused any assistance in fact he referred me to Best Buy Geek Squad. This is very poor customer service especially since I have been a Sprint/T-mobile customer for many years. UNACCEPTABLE!

        I had an emergency, and my cell phone died. I had a charger but no plug. I walked into the t-mobile hoping they'd let me just use an outlet, but they said no! We don't do that here! I begged, but they said I had to buy something for 25$ to use an outlet! That's outrageous. Verizon right next door was happy to help me out. Very friendly people at Verizon are willing to help someone in need out with out any questions. This t-mobile branch actually tried to get money out of me to use an outlet. The nerve! Save yourself the time and money. Go to Verizon. They are way friendlier there. The manager at this store should be ashamed for the attitude of their employees. There spit all over the outside windows too its disgusting.
