Americas Best Value Inn Sarasota Downtown

This place is an absolute toilet!!! You can smell the mold the second you get into your room and theres cockroaches. Shame on this owner for even keeping this place running! It is a despicable place to have people stay. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The woman at the front desk was super nice and welcoming! The room rate was inexpensive for the area and convenient to the downtown. The building is older, but everything on property was clean.

This place was such a wonderful experience, it is placed right in the center of where you need to be to experience the beauty of Sarasota. The rooms are HUGE and have enough space to enjoy your stay. Nisha was very kind and friendly to set me up with a couple of restaurant recommendations around the area. 5stars all around & happy!

I am stunned to see people speaking poorly about this place which offers a clean and very safe room in Sarasota for $120 a night. Its an excellent bargain and yes, the structure is the classic motel six concrete bunker style hotel, but this is a place with a beautiful pool, very friendly staff, and a fantastic location. Spend the extra 15 bucks and get the room with a balcony interview, well worth it. Breakfast is awesome if you like mass market sugary cereal. Rooms: Very good view, clean room. Nearby activities: The Sarasora Art museum is in walking distance, and there is a Publix across the street. Walkability: Plenty of safe, sidewalked streets.
