    The best word to use to describe the company in a nutshell would be TOXIC. There are quite a few intelligent individuals in the leadership position, but they no longer care about their employees or their clients for that matter. Nobody wants to step up and do the right thing when it matters. you hear the directors say " i do not want to be involved ". Atmosphere in the office is malignant. Everyone talks behind everyone's back, something i experienced from day one of my employment. You can not trust anybody and can not confide in anybody. There is absolutely no support from the management. You get put on a performance improvement plan without any prior warning, counseling or write up. The first training on my job i received was exactly one year after my start date. If any questions arose, i was referred to an online training manual. No support from the immediate supervisors. A lot of unprofessional and inadequate staff and management. The company policies only apply to certain individuals. If you are employed there , you are nothing but an employee number. Company keeps cutting Nurses/Aids pays to pocket more money. No consideration for staff. I have never seen so many unhappy staff members at any organization. The List of negativity can go on and on. I have never been happier to leave the organization. I hope they change their ways and start putting the employees and clients before anything else because that is definitely not the case currently.

    I am extremely disappointed in this company after hoping they would be the assistance with my 84 year old mother, who lives alone and needs attention and help. My mother was reluctant to accept any care from outsiders. The supervisor who first came out assured me that she knew how to handle uncooperative clients like my mother. Although the nurse seemed very kind and hard working, she was unable to connect with my mother. The major complaint I have with this company is the extremely poor communication. After leaving messages for days on end, the only person I could talk to was the receptionist. I was trying to make important decisions regarding the amount of care needed for my mother. The dialog I needed was not provided. The company was very efficient at getting me their bills for services, however. I am very dissatisfied with the professionalism and competence shown by this company. I would not recommend them and I suggest you do more investigating on the internet before you select a company to assist you with care for your elderly parents. Duncan McDonald
