Best programming of any strength based gym, hands down! Love that they are trying to fight through the noise and give people real life changing training. If you are nearby, you need to give then a try.

The classes are fun and challenging. I love that every day is a different workout so you never get bored. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and always making sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

I did the one hour Momentum class today, first time ever there. Amazing!! I feel so good right now, it was such a great workout. The trainers are right there to make sure you are holding correctly and they truly care. I spent 20 minutes talking to one of them about my goals and I got great advice. I signed up for the 5 classes for $5 and cant wait to go back for my next class. I highly recommend you try them out. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Amanda is the actual cats meow! She makes things so fun while pushing you to work harder. MADabolic is a great concept. It challenges you with weights and athletic conditioning in a really safe way. 10/10 recommend.
