I called to order flowers for my girl friend and was told before even asking that there average price was $75.00.  I then went on to tell the "receptionist", because that who she said she was, that the website stated there average bouquet was $49.00?  She then stated "that you must reading Beneva's website and you might want to give them a call"!  I started laughing at that point and I said "ok, thanks"?

Update:  Thinking the message I'd left cancelling my business ended the transaction, I phoned another florist to place the same order.  The day of the funeral, there was an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of three dozen irises from Flowers by Fudgie.  Nearby was yet another vase of the most pathetic, scrawny iris BUDS.  No card attached.  I wondered who could have sent them, the deceased favorite flower.  It wasn't until I was writing out thank you notes that I saw the florist was Beneva Flowers, so gave them a call.  A very helpful lady named Tina said they'd come from ME!  So, Elegant is part of Beneva Flowers AND my cancelled ordered had not been cancelled!  Sure enough, the $111 charge was on my credit card statement...  and the irises never did open!  All so UNBELIEVABLE!Tina apologized for the mix-up and processed a refund.  Consider this story when considering " Elegant..."MINUS 5 starsFurther Updates:6/7/'18-Still no $111 refund...  Spoke to Cat at Beneva Flowers who advised she had to "go to a different software" to credit my credit card account.  She took my ph # & email address.8/6/'18-STILL no $111 refund...  Cat returned the message I'd left inquiring about the refund.  She advised that the refund request had been bounced back to Elegant Designs to process...  the source of the muffed MARCH 9th order was now MUFFING MY REFUND, as well???  Cat said she would do it herself and, once again, took my ph # and email address.  The refund was finally processed!  The mistakes made initially and then subsequently over the next FIVE months have confirmed what florists I will NEVER do business with again!!!
