After numerous emails, and no response, I will just have to get a new floor. It certainly won't be from here. Love the color of my floor but the texture is rough. My husband needs new socks about every two days.? The installation in horrible, after they came out to fit it for the second time, and the boards are still raised or separated. The baseboard has large gaps underneath it. No assistance in getting it fixed properly. Two stars was being nice.

Beautiful installation. In 1 day, 9 to 5, carpet was removed in 4 rooms and LVP was installed. Done! They were professional, very neat and replaced all furniture in the exact place without a question. I wish I needed more floors replaced. I would go to Chappie's.

Super people! Great selections. We are updating our villa which includes replacing carpeting in the bedrooms. We took home lots of samples and made our selection. When we returned them, Myles who does the measuring, called us within one day. I cant wait to see the rooms finished!
