        Worst customer service ever. Bought the wrong size of sheets (Full) and wanted to exchange them for the more expensive ones (King). But since it was a 'sale' Item they didn't accept it.

        We ordered something at the store . Then got an email that day it was canceled. Then a week later got an email at 4:45 am saying my order was confirmed. Well since they cancelled my order I bought the item elsewhere . Now they are sending it. I tried to cancel the order and was told it cant be canceled. So now I am forced to send it back when it arrives . They said. The order is confirmed but it hasnt shipped yet . So why cant they cancel it ?
