On the door it says theyre open 12 PM to 5 PM on Thursdays but their door is locked at 2 PM and no ones answering the phone and theres no option to leave a voicemail. Very frustrated I drove 45 minutes for nothing.

If youre not 50+ years old, they discriminate you, and make it as difficult as possible for you to move in. They will tow you for parking in your OWN SPOT, perfectly between the lines, with your parking decal, at your expense.

I've spent about a month trying to get approved to live here by the HOA, even after being approved by the landlord of the unit I am attempting to rent. The HOA denied me because they said my credit report showed that my score was under the 600 minimum requirement for approval, but I've pulled multiple reports disputing this claim. Jackie, the office assistant refuses to even share the reports I paid for and pulled with the board, even though a board member is the one who directed me to pull it and share with her if they showed that the score was over 600.
