        Location is exceptional for downtown Sarasota. Sadly, building upkeep and management is not. Be warned, management believes its doing you a favor by even saying hello, once you're committed.

        Convenient location. Well kept grounds. Nice pool area. Attractive common area. Only downside is traffic noise at times.
