A rich mf bt about to go out of business bc he don't know how to respect his workers or customers. I recommend finding a better company for business

Jay Johnson and the crew were excellent from the first contact to the final seawall! I watched a lot of the construction and was impressed by their work ethic, especially how they were constantly measuring and using a level to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company!

Dan and his team did a great job in correcting some foundation issues in our historic house that were particularly affecting our kitchen and dining areas. They were able to pretty much level our foundation without causing additional issues. Easy to work with, thorough, patient, professional, and obviously experienced. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with foundation issues and would use them again if we have need. Very pleased with their work.

Thanks to Florida Shoreline and Foundation for building a fantastic dock & lift on a tricky location. The entire crew was excellent. All very professional and conscientious. Especially Christian & Matt who did a great job of showing the job elements to me, and cleaning up everything tidy, which instills great confidence in the work. I appreciate it very much!

Well where do I begin?? Had a dock removed and new one put in by Florida Shoreline about 2 years ago..since then its been a nightmare trying to get the owner Scott Liebel to return phone calls and texts after the job was completed and paid for in full..when they took out the old dock they left behind 2 posts approximately 4x8..one directly under the dock and one in the water about where the motors to our new boat rests..didnt realize it till low tide and one of my neighbors saw the it..we visit our home there maybe 3 times a year..I tracked him down at the boat show and he told he would come out and take a look..nothing..called several times and left messages by voicemail and texts..heck I even showed up at the place of business..several times he wasnt there..but said he would get back to me..again ..nothing..I finally went the other day and spoke with him in person and assured me he would come out and take a look..he did a few days later..and boy was I shocked..he began to tell me that it has been quite some time since the work was completed and that he would have to see how much it would cost ME to have the 2 posts removed..and that they might have to take down the dock to remove it..really to remove 2 posts that are lying down in the water?? What a joke..at this point I saw where this was going that he wasnt going to do the right thing and finish the job correctly by removing all what was left of the old dock..poor customer service for sure..all that needed to be done was to take a chain with a hand winch and pull out the remaining pieces..his workers removed 95% of the old dock..why not finish the job the right way..in addition the dock was jagged cut to fit the seawall..not a straight edge at all..plus from the original design it was altered..part of the dock goes straight while the other side goes cross fit wise..I only wished I was there to monitor the job and maybe none of my disappointed would be avoided..HOME OWNER BEWARE..plus I wanted to have a lift installed and again he told me he would have to remove the new dock in order to make it work?? Haha..but he gave me a proposal from the start to have the lift installedthe dock was 30 ft and I still have another 30 ft for a lift to be installed next to it..23 years in business..this guy and company are a joke..not to mention expensive!! Wish I never responded to his mailer I got in the mail!! A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
