The car was nice but received an overcharge in the reservation. I needed to extend the reservation by a few hours. Told I would have to cancel and rebook. At a cost of $50 additional dollars

Terrible pick up at Sarasota airport. Half hour wait to get car though a Fast Break member. Hertz customers breezed through without a wait. Low tire pressure light on dash board. Drove back to airport to have air added to tire. Staff said they could not add air to tire. I should return car and get a new one if I wanted to wait half an hour. No water in windshield washer.

The worst experience ever. Waited over an hour in line to rent my vehicle. I said something to the agent and he said 2 people were on a break. I asked why and he said it is what it is. When I finally reached the desk they could not find my reservation. I showed my email and finally found it. This kid was only interested in up selling me to a Cadillac Escalade. He asked every single person before me. Must get a bonus. While I never associated the name with a low cost rental company. We certainly got what we paid for. I watched everyone in the Hertz and National lines sail through. We will never rent from Budget again!

This company is a scam. I rented a car for 5 days and got charged around 500 dollars. and was told I could get a refund if I turn it in early. So I did I turn it in a day early and got a uber back for 60. But late I found out that I only got back around 30 dollars. while it should be a least 100. If I could rate this place I'll give it a 0 stars.
