        David was very helpful in figuring out issues and concerns with replacing a card, offering suggestions and working through the problem with enthusiasm and respect. Im not sure if hes the manager, but he should be.

        Wow..Amazing customer service here. This branch is new in Sarasota. It's services are unique. It is a non-teller branch providing private banking services. There other services are provided with these new atms that allow their customers to do all their bankingbthrough their atms. What i like most is Chase members can withdrawl up to $3000 through the atms at this specific branch. I am really writing this review to give a thanks to Linda. She was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and personable. Thanks for all your assistance Linda!
