We called the cushion doctor for a sofa seat cushion that was tore at the seams. They repaired the cushion that day. The service was amazing. We are very grateful we found them. We definitely recommend them and will use them for any additional service needs in the future.

Took two chairs in to be re upholsted. They were done in just over 2 weeks. Before the promised date. They loom amazing. Great to work with and very responsive on my initial contact. Would definitely use them again!

We had a set of six oak antique ladder back dining room chairs with reed seats that were not only really uncomfortable but the reed itself was falling apart. We really love the oak chair frames but wanted to replace the reed seating with something that not only was comfortable but also did not detract from the beaty of the chairs or damage the 200 year old frames. Thats where Cushion Doctor came in, we took in a chair from our set and John, Mike and Cassie happily took the time to go through different options and ideas for us to not only retain the original character of the chairs but provide us with an attractive, usable and cost effective solution to our seat replacement issue. To ensure we were happy with how the chairs would look once recovered they went ahead and completely recovered one sample chair using all the materials they were planning to use and asked us back to take a look before going ahead with the other five chairs. We were absolutely overwhelmed at how well it had turned out, not only did it look great but it was so comfortable to sit on. They completed the other five chairs by the next day and they all looked great! We are so pleased with the work they did for us which was all completed in a timely manner with Cassie and John keeping us updated on their progress. We are now looking to get some other antique furniture recovered by them as we have found that the new fabric seating was done sympathetically and in such a way that really enhances the beauty of our antique furniture without taking away or detracting from its originality. Google don't let you do two reviews for the same business so I have added the details of my latest experience with them: RV UPHOLSTERY REPLACEMENT I was really upset to discover that the surface on the upholstery in my lightly used 4 year old motorhome had begun cracking, peeling and flaking off, it looked so bad that I actually felt embarrassed to invite people on board. Although the RV is high end and the quality on everything else seems to be as you would expect it appears that this upholstery deterioration in a relatively short time is quite common. Anyway I needed to get it replaced and had used Cushion Doctor for a previous upholstery job on some home furnishings with excellent results, so without hesitation asked John to come and take a look at it. Apparently this replacement is something they do often and they also do this type of work directly for several motorhome dealerships. The price quoted was very reasonable so we then visited Cassie at their workshops and with her help selected the color we wanted from the fabric swatches, going with the upgraded fabric. Although I could have delivered the motorhome to them to get the work done, John said he was able to send his crew over to where the motorhome was stored, which suited me perfectly, and his guys very carefully removed all the cushions, the U-shaped diner which came apart in sections, and the driver and passenger seats. I was very impressed with regard to how carefully they removed everything and they even took their shoes off every time they came into the RV without me even asking! All the items were gently placed into the back of their box truck and taken to their workshops. I had been concerned that I would need to replace the foam on the drivers and passenger seats and with them being Mercedes Benz dreaded to think of the cost, but John advised that the foam wouldnt need replacing as they steam them to get the original shape back at no extra cost! Ten days later I received a call to say they were ready for re-installation and they once again came over to my storage unit, replacing the items with the same care and expertise I had received on the removal and they look absolutely fantastic! The new upholstery is definitely superior to the original quality and the stitching and fit are excellent.
